But the course was so engaging, and the trainer really made the jargon accessible and ensured we were not intimidated, so I never felt out of my depth. "I like the fact that sessions were very interactive, lots of room for questions, it was great that we had some breaks as well and the sessions were not too intensive which allowed us not to be saturated with info. Our trainer was also extremely experienced and knew exactly what he was talking about."
