Our communal area is stocked with tea, coffee, fruit, and plenty of snacks to keep you going during the day - all included as standard when you hire a meeting room.
If you hire one of our meeting rooms for a full day you and your visitors can enjoy a healthy buffet lunch as our guests.
For half-day meeting room hire, lunch is £15 + VAT per person, should you require it.

What times are the meeting rooms available?
Our meeting rooms are available from 9am to 5pm, please contact us if you’re interested in hiring a room outside of those hours.
What are the half day time slots?
Half day slots are available for all our meeting rooms. The slots you can book are 9am -1pm or 1pm to 5pm
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
If the meeting room hire booking is more than 72hrs away, you can cancel or postpone at no cost.
If your meeting room hire booking is less than 72hrs away we will have to charge you in full.
Think of your meeting room hire booking in a similar way to a flight or a theatre or cinema ticket. Our meeting room hire bookings will run as scheduled despite weather, train strikes, cancellations or any of the common sources of travel disruption. We cannot offer refunds or rescheduling of meeting room hire booking if you are unfortunate enough to have this type of issue.
Similarly we will also have to charge for your meeting room hire booking if you are ill, have a busy schedule at work or have a personal reason for not attending. Your booking is for a one time event and as such your booking is not transferrable to any other day.
Do you have disabled access?
We are located on the first floor of a converted warehouse, which means that accessibility is a problem for wheelchair users or for those unable to use stairs. The stairwell that gains entry to the property is a communal one, there is one flight of stairs (23 steps) into our building and from there the centre is step-free.
Can I hire your venue for an event?
Yes, you can hire our large communal space for a product launch, seminar, or team celebration. Get in touch for availability and pricing.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes, we have dairy free milks for tea and coffee. We also have gluten free, dairy free, and vegan snacks available. If you’re ordering lunch our team will check in with you in advance about any allergies or dietary requirements.
