"Tom was a brilliant trainer with high energy and very very knowledgeable on the subject. Initially I was sceptical about attending an online course but Tom's knowledge, humour and learning style was perfect. The course set up made you feel very comfortable about asking any question - no matter how basic which enhances the learning experience. The day was structured very well with adequate breaks and diversity of subject material made the day fly by. I am now looking forward to putting into action the skills Tom has equipped me with in my workplace. Would definitely recommend this course to others i. Thank you again Tom."
