Every tool was explained from the ground up, I never felt like I was following instructions just for the sake of it. On the first day I was already doing 3D modeling, animating, working with materials, cameras, lights, you name it. I was a bit worried before taking this course about it being a remote online course, thinking I'd be just watching a long lecture, but Wolf kept things engaging and interactive, always taking the time to answer questions, and answering them from the ground up.
