He creates a very relaxed yet focused training environment where i felt comfortable to ask any questions i had or if i needed help by repeating instructions. James is very knowledgeable on the topics we covered and always provided answers in a clear and structured way, which i think is sometimes difficult for people to do when they are primarily doing the activity rather than just teaching. The location of the training is gorgeous, the staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly and the fact lunch/snacks were provided was a great surprise.
