I spoke to the trainer just before I started the class, as I was worried I had booked onto a course that was too advanced for me. He was very re-assuring and I felt comfortable starting the session. The structure was fabulous. We started with a review of concepts and practised using them which immediately made me feel comfortable with my level of knowledge in the room. Dallas used his voice in a very engaging way, it absolutely carried the room and kept us alert. His explanations with examples and use of questioning was very educational. I really really enjoyed the training and feel much more confident with the more 'advanced' aspects of excel."
