You'll learn what user-centric design means and how to conduct user research effectively, how to define user needs and create personas and journey maps, how to plan site architecture using sitemaps, how to create wireframes and prototypes and test them with real users, how to design inclusively for accessibility, and how to apply responsive design principles for mobile-first experiences.

Practical throughout with hands-on exercises across both days.
