The content was great, I learnt loads of new things and have been provided with loads of material to read in my own time to continue to learn.

Course was fun interactive and really relevant to my role, I will take lots away that will improve me for the future.

All of the different activities to accommodate all learning styles was great and very engaging. All of the activities also kept engagement up and kept me buzzing throughout the day, by doing different things. I also loved how Mon brought real life examples into the session - it really helped bring it to life. Mon was extremely personable and I've thoroughly enjoyed these past two days and have lots to take away.

Excellent course, Monica was welcoming and very knowledgeable. it was a great 2 days which myself and the team thoroughly enjoyed. Lunch was lovely and the lady called Sasha who was sorting lunch and teas and coffees was very friendly also. Tolu was extremely helpful when it came to any IT issues.
