Overview

This course is specifically designed to enable those new to project management to make considered decisions regarding the validity of a project, pre-plan projects, carry out risk analysis and produce a project plan using Critical Path Analysis (PERT) techniques.

You will learn how to effectively maintain control of projects and present a project to other people so that they can understand what is happening and can support you in your objectives. Finally you will cover how to accurately cost projects as well as a brief introduction to Earned Value Analysis. You need no previous experience to attend this course.
