Join us for hands-on diversity and inclusion training, our one day class will equip you with the knowledge needed to create an inclusive workplace, and avoid possible legal action. Our course features practical exercises, group discussion, and guest speakers who will share their own personal experiences.
As a group you will learn about the Equality Act 2010, the 8 protected characteristics, and explore potential legal scenarios. We also focus on understanding the impact of language, unconscious bias, and the unique experiences of Black, Indigenous, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
You’ll leave the session with practical strategies and an action plan for allyship and advocacy that you can put in place after the course.
