In this hands-on session you'll learn prompt writing skills, enabling you to write prompts that generate high quality results, and create prompt templates which can be reused for everyday marketing tasks.

Learn how to use AI in the creation of audience profiles, content production, and marketing campaigns. We also cover how AI can be responsibly integrated into your marketing strategy, taking into consideration data privacy, bias, and brand-safety.

The AI tools we'll be using for this course are ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot.
