The trainer was very knowledgeable and helpful. The resources supplied were very useful and I was impressed with what could be done. I had dabbled in generative AI previously but now I feel I can do more with it. I'm excited to use it more in my everyday work and to help me with more creative campaigns.

Very well organised day. Nice to have on-site cafe. Simon was very knowledgeable about everything included in the course and anything additional that was asked during the day.

So knowledgeable and understanding, took his time to go through everything even the many simple questions we had to ask, to the point where we're going to ask our managers to get Simon back in for a Photoshop course. We've had many courses that we've come away from frustrated and this was the first one where we've learnt a lot.

This was an excellent course! I learnt so much about firefly, photoshop and illustrator. Simon was so knowledgeable and taught us so many tips and tricks. I feel I can now go away and utilise these skills in my day to day job.

It was really helpful because Simon tailored the course to us, checking in on what would be useful for us to do and making suggestions on how we could use what he showed us to improve our workflow. It was easy to follow, and it was great doing it alongside Simon so we had the opportunity to ask him questions live with any problems we faced.

Simon was a brilliant trainer on the Firefly course. He was highly engaging, adaptable, and able to provide relevant, real-world examples of how we would use the platform—even when these weren’t part of the original training plan. As a group, we found the session extremely useful and learned a great deal from him. Having attended several Firefly training sessions before, none have been as effective as this one. Simon really listened to our needs and took the time to explain everything clearly and at a steady pace, which was especially helpful for those of us who are new to the platform. He also demonstrated how the other tools we use integrate with Firefly, helping us understand how to use them more effectively as a connected set rather than individually. The Media Training team were very communicative and helpful in organising the session, and worked closely with us to arrange for the training to take place at our office. I would definitely use them again.

The whole day was really good. The trainer was really experienced and had a lot of knowledge. No question was a bad question. Felt like i could easily ask for help if needed. Very knowledgable for a subject that is being developed continuously. I didn't know that 99% of these tools were available so it will help massively!
