Overview

This is a one day course which will teach you how to manage your time effectively and efficiently. You will learn to clarify goals and objectives and how to prioritise them.

You will study a variety of causes of procrastination and apply relevant techniques to overcome them as well as learning to adopt appropriate strategies for dealing with interruptions.

Finally, by identifying your own time-wasting tasks, you will be able to look at different strategies to eliminate these working patterns. You need no previous experience to attend this course.
