This is a one day course designed to help you improve your efficiency and enable you to use Microsoft Outlook to work more effectively individually or as one of a team of people sharing resources.

The course covers using Outlook as your email client, sending and receiving emails and faxes, scheduling meetings and online conferences and how Outlook can be used to facilitate working remotely.
You need no previous experience to attend this course.
