One Day Course

Overview

This practical course is designed for those who want to increase their confidence, and become effective sources and spokespeople, when being interviewed by print and digital media journalists.

During the one day course you will learn to deliver a good interview, how the editorial process works and what journalists want from you. You will also learn how to define your message, control the interview and answer difficult questions. This class finishes with a practical exercise where you will be interviewed putting all of the techniques and skills you have learnt into practice and receive constructive feedback on your new skills.

This course is not designed for those who will be interviewed by broadcast journalists. If you wish to learn how to deliver live interviews, please see our Media Training for TV and Radio course. You need no previous experience to attend this course.
