Overview

Conflict is part of normal, everyday life, it is often caused by people having misunderstandings, alternative points of view or by people trying to achieve what they want at the expense of others.

In order to resolve conflict successfully, people need to understand the potential triggers of conflict and how their reaction can resolve a situation amicably, minimising both the damage to relationships and the loss of productivity in the workplace.
This course is very practical with workshops designed to give you the tools and skills to manage and deal with conflict on a personal basis, at home or at work. If you have a team with conflict issues, we can offer a private course to look at additional topics including the team dynamics which are not covered in this public course.

By the end of this course delegates will be able to identify the causes of conflict and introduce the skills and techniques necessary to minimise conflict and build productive relationships.
You need no previous experience to attend this course.
